UK Deliveries

Christmas is now a few days away, and it's safe to say the festive rush is in full swing!

As you may know there are some delivery delays at Royal Mail this year due to a huge backlog of mail in sorting offices and increased volumes of letters and parcels. As a result of this, orders sent on our standard delivery service are currently taking up to 14 working days to arrive after we post the order. Royal Mail delays are also leading to a knock-on effect for our express delivery service using DPD. These deliveries are now taking up to 3 working days to arrive after we post the order. These dates are estimates based upon the situation over the last few days and are not guaranteed.

Please be assured, all orders are being printed on time by our hardworking team and we have been working weekend shifts to help compensate for some of the delivery delays.

Non UK Deliveries

The deadline for posting non UK orders has now passed and so orders placed after Wednesday 13th December are unlikely to arrive outside the UK in time for Christmas.
